MAKING RESERVATION:

• What we need to know:

  • What show, date and time do you want to make a reservation for?

  • How many people are you making a reservation for?

  • Have you made a reservation with us before?

    • If so, we can look up your information.  If not, we will need to create a patron profile for whoever is making the reservation.

    • You must provide us with up-to-date contact information for the group leader.  This includes AT LEAST two phone numbers.

  • What is the name of your group?

  • Will you be hiring a Motorcoach to bring your group?

  • Will you need any wheelchair accessible tables?

    • There are a limited number of tables that can accommodate their needs and those must be known at the time of reservation.

  • Do you prefer to sit on the stage level, middle level, or top level?

    • All handicap accessible tables are situated on the top level.

 

GROUP RATES:

• A group reservation requires 20 or more adults. If your count falls below 20 adults, you must pay regular price plus gratuity immediately to retain the reservation.

• The group rate covers: Performance, tax, gratuity, and all-you-can-eat Southern-Style buffet with water.

  • Beverage Service may be added at time of booking for $2.00 per person, which covers unlimited refills of Sweet Tea, Unsweet Tea, and Coffee.

  • Alcoholic Beverages, Mixed Drinks, Soft Drinks & Gourmet Desserts can be purchased through your server on the day of the show.

 

CONTRACTS:

• After making your reservation, The Barn Dinner Theatre will send you a contract stating the date & time of the show you’re attending.  It will also include the number of seats you have reserved and your seating time. Please read this contract carefully and ensure that all information stated is correct.

• The signed contract must be returned with/before your deposit.

• Failure to return a properly signed contract will result in cancellation.
