Can you hold a reservation for us until we call back?
No, all reservations are confirmed with full payment. Group reservations of 20+ are the only exception. They are held with a non-refundable deposit and balance due date. Contact group sales for details.

Can I see just the show?
We do offer "Show Only" seats. These are only available for purchase on the day of a performance and are subject to availability.
Do I need a reservation?
We strongly suggest advance reservations. Many of our productions will sell out days, weeks, or months in advance. Without a reservation we cannot gaurantee that you will be able to attend your desired performance.
How do I get my tickets?
There are no physical tickets that will be sent to you or that need to be picked up in advance. When you arrive on the date of your reserved performance, please give the first and last name on the reservation to the host(ess) in our front lobby. They will have your seating card available upon your arrival. There are no physical tickets that will be sent to you or that need to be picked up in advance.
What time will I be seated?
Your seating time is based on your reserved location within the theatre. Please see our Seating Information page, or call the Box Office, (336) 292-2211, to verify your seating time.
What is the cancellation policy?
• This does NOT apply to groups of 20 or more. Group contracts are more strict, please reference your contract for details.
What happens if there is inclement weather?
Are infants / toddlers allowed to attend?
As a courtesy to other patrons and the performers, children under the age of 5 are not recommended to attend dinner theatre.
What's included in the seat price?
Your seat price will cover the Southern-style buffet served with water, show, and taxes.
What is the dress code?
We have a business causal dress code. We encourage our guest to "dress to impress", and ask for no shorts, flip flops, t-shirts, or ball caps in the theatre.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Although "brown bagging" liquor is illegal, you may certainly bring your own bottle of wine to the theatre. Simply pay a $10.00 corking fee at your table.
Is there a bar?
Once you are seated within the theatre you will have access to our full service bar that boasts many delicious beers, wines, and mixed drinks. All beverages may be purchased through your server from your table. We hold all ABC permits.
Is the theatre handicap / special needs accessible?
Yes! All accessible seating must be booked by phone or in person so that our Box Office staff are able to ensure seating is accomidating for your need. We have a portable wheelchair ramp that may be requested from the host(ess) upon arrival. Our staff will be happy to assist you with making a plate from the buffet as soon as they are free to do so. Each restroom is equipped with accessible stalls and handrails.
Can I reserve online?
Yes! You can reserve up to 4 Adult Seats online.
