Can you hold a reservation for us until we call back?

No, all reservations are confirmed with full payment. Group reservations of 20+ are the only exception. They are held with a non-refundable deposit and balance due date. Contact group sales for details.

Can I see just the show?

We do offer "Show Only" seats. These are only available for purchase on the day of a performance and are subject to availability.

Do I need a reservation?

We strongly suggest advance reservations. Many of our productions will sell out days, weeks, or months in advance. Without a reservation we cannot gaurantee that you will be able to attend your desired performance.

How do I get my tickets?

There are no physical tickets that will be sent to you or that need to be picked up in advance. When you arrive on the date of your reserved performance, please give the first and last name on the reservation to the host(ess) in our front lobby. They will have your seating card available upon your arrival. There are no physical tickets that will be sent to you or that need to be picked up in advance.

What time will I be seated?

Your seating time is based on your reserved location within the theatre. Please see our Seating Information page, or call the Box Office, (336) 292-2211, to verify your seating time.

What is the cancellation policy?

All sales at The Barn Dinner Theatre are Non-Refundable. • If you or someone in your party are unable to attend your scheduled performance, we REQUIRE a minimum of 24-hour advance cancellation notice. With this notice, we will be happy to issue you an account credit that is valid at The Barn for 6 months from date of issue.
• This does NOT apply to groups of 20 or more. Group contracts are more strict, please reference your contract for details.

What happens if there is inclement weather?

When inclement weather is imminent, the staff of The Barn Dinner Theatre makes every effort to contact scheduled patrons using the information provided on the reservation account. Please be sure your contact information is current, including evening and weekend phone numbers you may be reached at. If you are not at the listed numbers during inclement weather, please contact the box office for timely information. • If The Barn Dinner Theatre cancels a performance we will be happy to reschedule your reservation for another performance or apply an account credit to your account that is valid at The Barn for 6 months from date of issue. • If The Barn Dinner Theatre does not cancel a performance, but road conditions prevent your attendance from your location, we will reschedule you for another performance of the same show, as long as you notify us on your scheduled performance day by the following times: 11am / 12pm Show Time - Call by 9am 1pm Show Time - Call by 10am 6pm / 6:30pm Show Time - Call by 3pm • If you do not call and let us know your plans in the event of bad weather, your reservation will be treated as a No-Show and NO exchanges, account credits or refunds will be issued.

Are infants / toddlers allowed to attend?

As a courtesy to other patrons and the performers, children under the age of 5 are not recommended to attend dinner theatre. ** "Babes in arms" are not permitted under any circumstance. If you bring a child, of any age, they must have a reserved seat to conform to N.C. Occupancy Laws and Fire Codes. This means that they must have a theatre chair designated for them. We do not provide booster seats or high chairs.

What's included in the seat price?

Your seat price will cover the Southern-style buffet served with water, show, and taxes.

What is the dress code?

We have a business causal dress code. We encourage our guest to "dress to impress", and ask for no shorts, flip flops, t-shirts, or ball caps in the theatre.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Although "brown bagging" liquor is illegal, you may certainly bring your own bottle of wine to the theatre. Simply pay a $10.00 corking fee at your table.

Is there a bar?

Once you are seated within the theatre you will have access to our full service bar that boasts many delicious beers, wines, and mixed drinks. All beverages may be purchased through your server from your table. We hold all ABC permits.

Is the theatre handicap / special needs accessible?

Yes! All accessible seating must be booked by phone or in person so that our Box Office staff are able to ensure seating is accomidating for your need. We have a portable wheelchair ramp that may be requested from the host(ess) upon arrival. Our staff will be happy to assist you with making a plate from the buffet as soon as they are free to do so. Each restroom is equipped with accessible stalls and handrails.

Can I reserve online?

Yes! You can reserve up to 4 Adult Seats online. If you need child seats, or handicap accessible seats please call the box office.
