Thank you for you interest in The Barn Dinner Theatre, the oldest continually operating dinner theatre in America! We host rentals throughout the year with great success. With an on-site kitchen, a powerful sound system, and a theatre in-the-round, the possibilities are many.

From a small social with finger foods, cocktails and dancing with a band or DJ, to the full Barn buffet and Broadway-style show, we are very flexible in accommodating most any kind of event. The final quote will depend on each group’s variables, so here are some guidelines to help with the general information.

• To rent the entire theatre on a night open to the public, all 262* seats must be purchased at the group discount rate for that day. This price includes the buffet, show, tea, coffee, tax, and gratuity. Bar charges will be billed to the ordering table or event host, no gratuity added.

*Number of seats may change slightly according to the production.
*Unpaid bar tabs will be the responsibility of the event host.
• To rent the theatre on a night not open to the public, the requirement is to purchase a minimum of 100-200 seats to have the buffet and show. The minimum is related to the size and scope of the current production, and is set by the General Manager/Producer.
• For arrangements not including the buffet and show, or for a            Private Event of less than 100 guests, please contact David Garrison, Operations Manager, for a quote according to your group’s needs.
• The Barn can assist with a DJ or band, varying food options, and production assistance.
