Cancellation Policy

All sales are Non-Refundable. Seats may be exchanged to another performance if a *24-hour advance cancellation notice is given prior to first scheduled attendance.

*Group contracts are more strict, reference your contract for details.

In lieu of an exchange, an Account Credit may be issued to your account here at The Barn. Account Credits are held under the name on reservation and may be applied to any performance, bar tab, or gratuity.

Account Credits expire one year from issue date.

Inclement Weather Policy:

When inclement weather is imminent, the staff of The Barn Dinner Theatre makes every effort to contact scheduled patrons using the information provided on the reservation account. Please be sure your contact information is current, including evening and weekend phone numbers you may be reached at. If you are not at the listed numbers during inclement weather, please contact the box office for timely information.

If The Barn Dinner Theatre cancels a performance we will be happy to reschedule your reservation for another performance or apply an account credit to your account at The Barn good for one year.

If The Barn Dinner Theatre does not cancel a performance, but road conditions prevent your attendance from your location, we will reschedule you for another performance of the same show, as long as you notify us before 3:00pm on the day of the performance for which you have reservations.

If you do not call and let us know your plans in the event of bad weather, your reservation will be treated as a No-Show and

NO exchanges, account credits or refunds will be issued.
