Reservationist - Part Time
Ideal for office professional with computer and phone experience.
Shifts expected to work*
M-F 9-5 (any)
Wed - Fri 12-7 or 2-7
Sat - 12:30-7
Sun - 11-2
*Evening and Weekend hours extended during the holidays*
Now interviewing for one reservationist to work in the box office. Hours are flexible and Entry Level pay is competitive. 10 -15 hours per week minimum, up to 30+ possible. Full time is not available currently, but may become available for a strong professional. This part-time position does not provide any benefits.
Reservationists main responsibilities include answering the phone, servicing the patrons' accounts, and processing sales or exchanges in the box office software. Full training provided to promising recruits. Windows computer experience and a strong phone personality considered above all others.
Must have office experience, customer interaction experience, great composure in a busy in-bound call center environment, and strong work ethics. Transporation and Business Casual attire also required.
Other duties include:
- Preparing the night's work for the wait staff
- Properly directing calls for management staff
- Servicing the patrons accounts
- Assisting in marketing mailings
- Assisting in database maintenance
- Various other duties as needed
- Teamwork and a good attitude required
POSITION CURRENTLY FILLED
Building Custodian - Ideal for retiree
10-25 hours per week. Standard custodial duties including cleaning of bathrooms, lobby and offices, floors, trash removal, parking lot, etc. Must have transportation, be self directed, energetic, and receive direction well.
Hours are somewhat flexible, within our schedule.
Tues & Sun morning shifts - we have matinees on these days
Other days may be mid-day shifts.

Tuxedo Service - Servers & Bussers
The Barn Dinner Theatre is looking for aggressive servers & bussers. Well above average pay & positive work environment, plus meals with each shift. Part-time could lead to full-time. Ideal server candidate should have 2 years serving/restaurant experience.
You will begin as a fill-in. Servers with strong bar sales, people skills, and good work habits will rise to full-time quickly. You must be a strong server to work with this staff! Our servers & bussers average 3-8+ years with the company, no one wants to leave this job!
Only the very serious should apply in person, weak candidates will be weeded out quickly. If you're strong and you know it, come join our team & make big money!
Bussers need to be dependable, have transportation and good hygiene. Must be able to carry full bus tubs all night long and keep up with the team.

Dishwashers & Kitchen chefs
The Barn Dinner Theatre seeks full or part time dishwasher for our kitchen. Those with kitchen backgrounds may be considered for the Chef's team in food handling. Must be able to work evenings, also Tuesday & Sunday matinees possible. Looking for individuals with kitchen experience, willingness to work hard, and reliable transportation to and from work.
All beginning kitchen help will spend a minimum of one week in the dish room, and will be expected to help out there as needed, even if you are on the Chef's food service team. This is a buffet environment with waves of dishes and glassware, and teamwork is mandatory among all staff at The Barn.
