Sylvia is a sweet 86 year old grandmother who has been running a lingerie boutique from her rent-controlled apartment for years. She has been selling very naughty undergarments to senior citizens who still want to spice up their lives. However, her money making enterprise might come crashing down around her when her granddaughter stumbles upon her business, and her money-hungry landlord starts snooping for ways to evict Sylvia and get a tenant who pays full rent! Mistaken identities, loss of hearing and lingerie modeling ensue in this delightful 2 act farce.
